Ingredients for Egg Potato Fry

Egg (boiled) - 5

Potatoes (sliced into long pieces) - 2

Onion - 2

Green chilly - 5

Garlic - 7

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

Fennel seed powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt

Oil

Coriander leaves & curry leaves



Method of make Egg Potato Stir Fry



Boil the sliced potatoes with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside. Place a kadai on the stove and saute’ onion, garlic & green chillies until golden colour. Then add salt, red chilly powder & black pepper powder. Saute it and add boiled potatoes. Cut 1 or 2 boiled eggs into pieces and add the whole eggs with the potatoes. Mix well . Sprinkle fennel seeds powder and add curry leaves & coriander leaves . Now the Egg Potato Stir Fry is ready to be served.
