Soya Keema Matar Recipe -

3 tblsps Oil
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
2 Dalchini (Cinnamon Sticks)
2 Badi Elaichi (Black Cardamoms)
8 -10 Black Peppers
1 Tej Patta (Bay Leaf)
1 big onion finely chopped
1 tsp Adrak ki Paste (Ginger Paste)
1 1/2 tsps Lehsun ki Paste (Garlic Paste)
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 1/2 tsps Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Seeds Powder)
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder (Cumin Seeds Powder)
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder)
Tomato Paste (2 big tomatoes and 2 Kashmiri red chillies crushed in mixer grinder)
1 cup Soya Bean (Soaked in water for 1 hour and washed in water twice, squeeze out all the water while using the Soya granules)
1 cup boiled Matar (Green Peas)
1 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green Chilli Chopped)
2 tblsps Hara Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves)
2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala Powder
1/2 cup Water
