Beetroot Coconut Burfi


Beetroot Coconut Burfi Ingredients:

Beetroot (grated) - 1 cup

Coconut (grated) - 1 cup

Sugar - 1 cup

Condensed milk - 2 tablespoon

Ghee - 2 tablespoon

Vanilla essence - 1/4 teaspoon

Beetroot Burfi Method:

Heat ghee in a pan , and add grated beetroot into it. Stir to evaporate the water in it. Then add grated coconut and stir well. When it becomes dry , add sugar. Stir continuously. Add ghee little by little. When the ingredients become thick add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Stir again .Now the burfi is ready and transfer it to a greased plate. Let it cool for 30 minutes and cut into pieces.
