Step # 1-
In Microsoft Excel for windows, go to the "File" tab and click on the "Prepare" then click on "Encrypt Document" a popup will appear.

Step # 2-
Encript the contents of this file
Enter "Password" here For Example 123456
Caution: If you lose or forget password, it cannot be recovered. It is advisable to keep a list passwords and their corresponding document names in a safe place.
(Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.)

Step # 3-
Renter "Password" here
Enter the same password here that you entered before

Step # 4-
Close document & Open it

Step # 5-
For checking enter "wronge password" the document will not open. Then again open your document and enter "correct password" you document will open successfully.
