How to Make No-knead bread at Boat
Sunday Brunch time with Ruby Rose!
This week I make the EASIEST overnight, no knead, whole wheat bread, all in my little boat galley. Seriously- if I can make bread, anyone can- give it a shot and let us know how it turns out!
2 cups wholewheat flour
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried active yeast
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix everything together in a bowl until it forms a wet dough. Cover it with cling film and leave 12-14 hours.
When it's doubled in size, turn out onto a floured surface and shape. Let prove for another 30-40 minutes, then pop into a hot oven for approximately 30 minutes. It's ready when, well, it looks ready.
