Ingredients: Egg Manchurian Recipe


Egg white - 5 (Boiled| chopped)

Garlic - 1 Tbs(chopped)

Ginger - 1 Tbs(chopped)

Red Chilli powder - 1 Tbs

Garam masala - 1 Tbs

All purpose flour| Maida - 1/2 cup

Egg white - 1

Tomato sauce - 1 tsp

Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp

Soya sauce - 1tsp

salt

oil

curry leaves



Method :


Take a bowl and add finely chopped egg white, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chopped ginger 1/2 tbs, chopped garlic 1/2 tbs, egg white , salt & maida . Mix well . Add water if needed.


In a pan, pour oil and when hot , fry the egg white , as small round balls . Keep it aside. Transfer the excess oil and add chopped ginger and garlic, green chilly sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce. Stir well and add the fried egg balls. Sauté it till they blend well.

Egg Manchurian is ready to serve.
