Chicken Pakora

Chicken - 250 gm (boneless/ with bone)

Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Garam masala - 1 tsp

Corn flour - 3 to 4 tbs

Rice flour - 1 tbs

Gram flour/ besan - 1 tbs

Ginger paste - 1 tbs

Garlic paste - 1 tbs

Salt to taste




Take a bowl and put chicken pieces into it. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt, then mix well.

After some time add corn flour , gram flour/besan & rice flour and mix it with marinated chicken.

Add one or two tbs water to cover the flour on chicken pieces.

Switch on the stove and place a pan or kadai on it. Add enough oil to fry the chicken. When oil become hot add chicken pieces and fry well in a medium flame. Chicken pakora is ready to be served.
