Riped banana - 3
Maida - 2 cups
Rice flour - 2 Tbs
Sugar - 3 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Mix maida, rice flour, sugar, salt and turmeric powder with water to make a thick batter.
Cut bananas into four pieces lengthwise. Place pan on the stove and switch on. Add oil to deep fry. When oil gets heated, dip the banana pieces in the batter and put it in the oil. When both the sides get a golden colour , take it out from the oil.
