Simple Egg Curry Recipe


This recipe how to make egg masala with egg and gravy


Boiled Egg - 5

Onion - 2

Green chilly - 5

Ginger crushed - 1 Tbs

Garlic crushed - 1 Tbs

Tomato - 1

Red chilli powder - 1 Tbs

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Coconut paste - 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves

Curry leaves




Switch on the stove and place a vessel on the top. Add oil and splutter mustard seeds. Then add crushed Garlic and ginger to the pan. Saute well until golden colour, then add onion and green chillies. Saute well. When the onion become soft add turmeric powder, coriander powder , red chilli powder , garam masala and black pepper powder. Add tomato and sauté. Add some hot water and salt and allow 5 minutes to boil. Then after add egg pieces to the gravy. Cook for some minutes and then add coconut paste . Again 2 minutes cook. Now the Egg curry is ready and garnish with coriander & curry leaves.
